Killian Jones
Day one: evening | Location: Twilight Spirit Killian was impressed that Charles was still able to stand on his own. Mainly because the injury had cause much more damage than first assumed. The wound wasn’t quite a cut but more like a massive hole which was more frustrating to sew. In truth the professor’s wound wasn't like anything the man was used to. Granted that he's background was more familiar with bullet holes and knife cuts, His lips lowered as the distant memories formed inside his mind. The man shook his head clear, deciding that it was best to think about such things later on rather than now, allowing his focus back towards the issue at hand. The human contiued to walk towards the exit just as the shift in weight happened. Thankfully Killian was able to place his right foot behind himself and the left foot towards his right before their expect fall forewords. in a way the guy wanted to scold the professor like a child for his stupid stunt but then again he already had a feeling of why the man had done it. To make the false truth that much of a reality. A few choice words escaped his mouth along with some mumbled insults about how stupid Charles’ action was. Just as the saved happened it seemed everyone wanted his teacher’s attention. One of the man had cased a hidden shiver down the man’s spine though against his better judgement the human kept his mouth shout. Once something was passed towards the man Killian exited out the entrance. What sounded like a high pitched caused the young man to stop in their tracks and jerk his head back towards the shop’s interior. His eyes narrowed for a few seconds then quickly returned to normal as someone else walked towards them only to extend their arms to hand Charles something. By this time Killian wanted to tell them to back the hell up so he could get everyone home already but then decided against it once more. After all they were at a disadvantage and unknown turf. A rather deadly combination for those whom no longer valued their own lives. Best to keep quiet until the need arose. When he felt Charles ushering him forwards the man just nodded and helped the guy to his car and then gently placed him inside. Once everyone was inside the human drove them all back to the house.
Day two: morning (starting when no one else is awake) | Location: Charles’ house Killian sighed as sleep had alluded him once again. For once his instinct were at attention and not in a good way. Every person whom shifted inside their bed caused the man to lift off the makeshift bed in Charles’ room to just see if there wasn't an intruder. Once the house was throughly searched, and the damn golems were satisfied that the man wasn't attempting to sneak out if the house, was his nerves able to relax. How long had it been since the young man felt uneasy? Was it when Flipside took over the Dragons and began changing everything? Or was it after the night he had lost friends? Honestly the guy wasn't quiet sure. After all losing someone you were close to had proven to be a challenge in itself. A low chiming sound from his cellphone caused his attention to change. His hand reached outwards and grasped the item as a yawn escaped his lips. The human slowly awoken the thing from its slumber, gaining a bright light in his face, which didn't help lighten his already grim mood in the least. The words Lady Luck showed on the screen causing a unhelped smile to form on his face. Maxine McGarth always seemed to know when Killian need something off the black market and for once she would have a very long list of things. ” Hey there Lady. I've missed your calls.” He knew every woman had a fire hidden beneath their charm and Maxine wasn't any different. Though for being a small Irish woman she always did seem to have much more bite than bark. Something which in his opinion woman should show more of. Than again the woman did come out of a rather abusive relationship way before she had decided to become a black market deal for his gang. One of the many people the man had came to trust completely. ”Aye love. I've missed you too. I heard that you and Dice managed to harm Flipside’s little side business a few years back. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind telling me about it someday Kill? Maybe over some drinks per say.” The text made his eyebrow raise upwards. ”Now where did you he hear that one from? What let me guess from the man himself over some Scottish whiskey perhaps.” ”That man does love his whiskey and yes. The slip of the tongue isn't much of an exaggeration. Please don't blame the old man Kill. My name is Lady Luck after all.” the man groaned as his fingers rubbed temples. ”Don't worry love. I'm not made at Dice just a bit… Upset. I was trying to make sure you both wouldn't be caught by Flip. Then again so far I've been a real thorn in his side. I'm just worried that I'll bring them here.” ”I know love. I need your list today. That way I can go shopping tomorrow. Oh. Seems the dragons have a new drug out on the streets so please be careful.” The man sighed as he made a mental note. Flipside was becoming a thorn on his side everyday and new with him beginning to push out brand new drugs out on the streets things would be much more difficult. Then again the guy was trying to get rid of the older members just to reform their image. Something which would start causing trouble for everyone. ”Yeah. I'll be careful. Right now I need more thread and needles, antibiotics, and anything else you think I'll need for the future.” ”Different drop zone?” ”Yes. Have to go.” Killian texted her ask he started towards his old room. He knew Azulia needed a room to sleep in and since it was easier to quickly clear his room than Charles’ the man had placed her inside. The guy gently knocked on the door, waited for a few minutes, and then opened the door. He called inside telling her that it was time for breakfeast and listened closely. When the woman seemed to have shifted from her bed he shut the door closed and headed for the kitchen. The man opened the fridge and took out the eggs. The guy started making breakfeast for a few minutes just as Charles walked inside. The teacher would be greeted by the dark blue dragon in an infinity symbol, hovering over a white rose, with rain hitting both of the objects.
