The governor sheathed the sword out of its holding as he listened to the young man's explanation on the design of the sword. Honestly, the governor wasn't too interested in blacksmith apprentice's technique and skill with his control on the sword. "Impressive. Very impressive. I'm sure the Commodore will be most pleased with this", he passes the sword back to Will, so it would placed properly back in its sheath. "Well, do pass my compliments to your master, would you?", he asked him expectedly. 

Behind them, a woman descended down the stairs in a fashionable Victorian dress. "Oh, Elizabeth, you look absolutely stunning", the governor complimented to the woman with her brown-blonde hair tied up. "Will, it's good to see you", she smiled while walking towards them.
