[@Verse Zero] OK, I was aiming for something relatively small. Essentially a spacer group that had put down roots towards the periphery some time ago and somewhat recently (100-200 yrs) been recognized as an SAS as opposed to a colony/spacer group. Although I have no concrete details on how that would have gone down. A sparsely populated home solar system with a few outposts that are little than staking claim on a few surrounding systems. They would have a large transient population of spacers passing through.
