Will took the sword and put it back away. He forced a smile and nodded. "Yes Sir, I'll pass the word on." Right. Like that would ever happen. The man barely stayed sober, instead relying on Will to do everything - including picking him up additional alcohol, food, and the like. Will even picked up the payments. If he wasn't so honest, and the fact that you really couldn't go too far on an island, Will could have robbed the man blind years ago. But he didn't. Besides, it wasn't worth it. He learned what he could and would stay here as long as Elisabeth stayed here. Glancing up as the woman he was just thinking about came into view, he steeled his emotions so as not to betray his feelings. She on the other hand, lighted up upon seeing him. He smiled slightly as she greeted him. Her father excused himself to go get the payment but not before giving Will a slight look reminding him his place. Will gave a slight nod in understanding, despite his disagreement with it. He turned and smiled at Elizabeth. "Ms. Swan." He bowed slightly. Clearly that didn't make her happy at all but he wasn't going to call her Elisabeth. He couldn't. Not only because the Governor disproved but because he was afraid that if he did, his feelings for her would show. He slightly took in her dress. She was lovely. So lovely. He pushed the thoughts from his mind. No. He couldn't have her and therefore didn't dare let those thoughts continue. He hated classes. He and Elisabeth could never be because of it. Not that she would ever see him more than a friend. A good friend but a friend nonetheless. And that alone, above all else, made this even more difficult.
