[@Sol Grim]Mob Psycho is a new one that I think is pretty cool, and Fullmetal Alchemist:Brotherhood is a classic masterpiece that everyone should watch. Drifters is another recent one by the guys who made Hellsing, and it's pretty great(though that cliffhanger ending makes me want to slap a bitch). Other than that, nothing comes to my mind at the moment. Sorry if your looking for more old school ones, as INuyasha and Bebop are about the only ones I really know about.

Edit:Oh wait, I almost forgot to tell you about Jojo's Bizzare Adventure. The shows weird, but cool(though the first season isn't as fun a ride as the others, but a necessary watch to get context for everything else). I think you might enjoy if you give it a shot.
