The only reason I didn't want the departure and arrival posts to happen at the same time was because there's a lot of uncertainty about who's gonna get there first -- Tatiana, Conrad, or Itzal (if he goes with Paula). Until we see Conrad's post, we've got no idea if you'd arrive before him or not. That's why you'd either need to write only the departure, or wait until we find out if he's going straight there after he breaks off with Dietfried.

If he decides to immediately go there and is using transportation, it's fairly likely he'll arrive first. Perhaps [@Snagglepuss89] can give an idea of that himself.

Edit: More or less got confirmation that Itzal's likely going with Paula.
