[@dragonmancer] I would accept him, but I think his moveset needs a lot of work. You kind of gave his kit too much, with little flow. My problem is the same as with another character; he kind of seems more like a boss character than a regular character. I mean, he has moves from a rushdown character, several different ranged attacks, and a few defensive moves without a real focus. What [i]I want[/i] from the characters is that they focus/excel in a single area, and bad in another. From what I can gather, he seems more like a slow, tanky, character with hard hitting moves. Perhaps you can change his. I don't have a problem with a character with a ranged attack or defensive move, but you went a bit overboard. In addition, I think his supers need reworking. Tactical Swipe is okay, but Raging Dragon is a bit OP, and Unmasking the seal kind of feels like an instant win button (or the second form of a boss character, same issues I had with a previous character). I know Unmasking the seal fits with his character and all, so I suggest toning down his size, limiting how long he can use it, and if you want to be fun, you can make it a fast form to contrast with the mighty glacier I suggested earlier. Again, your character isn't rejected, just need some reworking. Just look at the accepted characters thus far.
