I agree, recruitment is on my list and currently I am working on typing stuff up. I'm gming this one a bit different to what I previously do as in terms of "Episodes" so my approach is a lot different compared to what I usually do so I apologize for any issue on my part.

-In terms of interaction I do plan on using Astridh as a go-between with some of the Science Personnel/head of departments though that will come into play later. 

-New Players, When I purchase internet to review the guild in all its splendor tomorrow I will be putting up a recap so we can easily see what has happened and what is currently going on.

-Roles to be filled is kind of covered in the above bit.

I want to keep the whole Eydis thing a bit slower if you do not mind Ellri (as in the asgard core savoir of the Tok'ra) as the way I see it the closer you get to the core the closer you get to discovery.

Also on the WO note I decided to remove that, can't remember who I told but the idea is that the XO on a ship with a bridge as small as the Tempest doesn't need an XO really unlike say a Battlestar. Thus the WO seat in a battle situation will be taken by the XO. In the Legacy Book series on the Hammond Carters XO sat beside her in battle situations and that is where I am basing this from. 

I had other things I was going to say but forgot them. I have settled in enough here to put a lot more focus into this so expect more continued shizzle from me.
