Looks good, and is a cool idea. Inspired from Under Night Chaos? I never played him, but I remember him using a book.

I'm going to limit the maximum number of runes the Chaos Code can maintain at any one time to 6, BUT I will simultaneously buff it by allowing it such that she can remove all previously placed runes to activate a rune on any visible surface or object at a range.

Other than that, she looks good to go! Put her in the character tab!

Badass. Love his background. His chronomancy is a little OP as it is now, but mostly on mediocre mages and below. With Jiangli around, it'll prove a spell that basically makes him invincible against more common/just-above-average mages. With more talented and notable mages, it might not be outright [i]ignored[/i] (in the case that a mage immediately establishes a barrier around their PRF to 'push out' chronomancy field effects), but will at least be less potent.
