Vivi is curious about End but afraid(in a 'getting closer' sense) considering End's personality/her vibe.  Vivi hasn't worked long as a Cleaner and End's field of expertise as a Painstaker doesn't warrant them [i]meeting[/i] while the 17 year old was still known as D4aem0n.exe. End's determination to not rely on Vivi I don't think they had that much to do together yet.

Vivi is mighty curious about Voice, being an Android and nice from afar and all. She doesn't 'judge' a walking tin can for being, well, a tin can. Gramps however, warned Vivi about the 'insane cyborg' and better off to keep away from her - an advice Vivi listened to until now.

Vivian realized that some stuff she stumbled upon in the deep web originate from Doc. However, thanks to the influence of Gramps and Warthog the 17 year old has kept away from Doc.

Oh look, a sane person! Vivian knows Warthog through Gramps and just like Gramps he actually fits the norm of Cleaners 'doing good things' actually being nice. After Gramps died it was Warthog who kinda took over the role, though, he could never replace the old man!... or her real family.

Vivian has worked with Runner before thanks to Gramps. The girl thinks smoking is bad and has taken a liking to tease him about that.
