I do this because my posting always involve GMing business. Whether you are involved or not, I have to be sure to notify everyone, since I know for a fact that some people won't read them but then the responsibility for any misunderstandings isn't mine, which allows me to use the law hammer to my heart's content.

If it was by me, I wouldn't even user notifications, but that was a decision from [@TheWindel], so yeah... that won't stop.
