Something like, has the potential to OP, that doesn't bother me at all. The only thing worries about potentially op powers is a personals ability to write the power effectively. I'm not saying no to it, or that there is an issue with it, just that the bar is set high for something that could be OP. I don't worry about the power so much as the cost keeping everything in balance. Also something to keep in mind, at least for the first arc and the part of the second, the cost is going to be higher than the use of the power.
