We're not in the roleplay.  This is in regards to the character sheet.  It is neither an occurrence nor an event, but instead a request from the DM so he knows about our characters.  I wouldn't be surprised if it had some effect IC (based on if it was filled out, and if so whether it was done correctly), but as things stand, this is a guess about you, not about the rp.  I mean, you used a bunch of other fancy words.  They just happen to be ones most people recognize.  Additionally, asking before things start if characters affect the world seems fair game -- especially since you've pretty much /answered/ that question already.

And since there's no evidence that it /adversely/ affects the IC as of yet, not to mention you didn't comment upon the lack for accepted sheets, I see no benefit in any sort of wager now.  It's not like I get lives for being right.  All risk, and questionable gain.

And I am very doing this, if I can only just get enough real life time to write up an extensive character sheet. Screw average characters with lack of backstory, I'll tempt fate...though I'll be cautious about it, rest assured.
