[@TheHangedMan] i have a big problem with the abilities. 

First off, are you cupid? If yes wheres the traditional weapon of choice. You don't need nor should have any gun beyond a pistol. Hell, a single shot revolver might even draw the line with me.

Secondly, I essentially play the same type of character with the background of seducing everything and anything using her own wiles. Your character has the monopoly on being a gun toting rapist. You cannot effect free will of players so thoroughly through some fancy bullet. You can cause depression AND remove someones feelings? Hard no.
I can use telepathy and tell someone their fat and unlovable so commit suicide, but it comes down to the other player to decide if they want to hear it at all or whether they feel anything from it.
