I just wanna make sure I have this right, my eloquently gifted master of games. We get 15 points to spend on dwellings, powers, and minions. And then we get a further 10 points to spend on dwelling addons and artifacts. Am I correct in my way of thinking, or did I take a wrong turn somewhere?
