[@Nytefall] I recommend using the word species instead of race. Chances are the Baridi have multiple races from the deviations the more heavily ingrained tribalism mixed with their tendency to colonize separate mountains which tends to lead to divides. And they may not all have the same cultural norms, something to consider as you say "all Baridi", which bothers me since it implies they are monolithic and a monolithic species is no good. Hmm. So they're basically more clever with a synthetic material. If other players want to be a Baridi (which they can due to the species being public domain policy) or something so akin to a baridi in niche that you could share a family with them, would you tolerate potential tech pooling? I ask this since one mechanic I have in mind is that when players share a species/genus of species that are closely related they tend to share technologies as well. [@Oraculum] Any thoughts on the current edition of Custodian guidelines?
