Or, [@Mr Allen J], and [@AluminumDude]. The two of you could possibly interact, if you wanted to. I just now noticed that Aluminum Dude had posted and his character was looking around the same area Justin Liao was in. 

Not for sure which you guys wanna do. If you would rather still go with the NPC idea, Allen J, I'll be game for that, or if you'd prefer to interact with Markus Roe. It's whatever you'd rather do.
