But the thing is though, they now supposedly DO have individuality after Legion sacrificed itself to inject the Reaper Code into their system so they can be truly considered AI. But its really new to them. Unless I'm remembering that wrong. Phalanx is that one program is basically a child discovering new things. 

Be like EDI.

Though difficult to adjust after so long being a collection of programs. Is a reason why Phalanx still at times contacts Geth for assistance, or ask comrades a lot of questions for their 2 cents on a subject.
