As for additional gear, there is the standard increase mobility, defense, or offense, but I have a particular object in mind before that. Its most basic description could be a septima stabilizer; it uses an internal power source[such as a battery] to reduce upkeep costs of permanent septima abilities(permanent meaning they can theoretically be used indefinetly, given enough EP)[optimally upkeep is reduced to 0], however initial costs of such abilities are unaffected. Taking my char's "Gravity Alter" ability e.g: a septima stabilizer would allow my char to keep gravity in that altered state for longer[optimally indefinetly at normal EP regen], however initially changing gravity will cost as much as before. Granted, I don't yet know if such an object will be possible.
