Personality: Noel in calm, conserved and intelligent. He is an introvert by nature and does not like to put down roots. He can be mischievous but he genuinely cares for people  even though he feels as though he is estranged from them. He is not know to hold a grudge but can often seem heartless if a hard choice must be made. He has no problem being the object of hate or baring one's pain.
History: He has no memory before the incident and keeps to him self the details of what happened then. If you want to know, you'll have to find out.
Other:  He appears to carry a cigarette, however, it is not one and is actually a spirit. It has no smell nor ill effect on human but is quite annoying to other spirits and hates rain or anything wet.
