I'll also point out that Rhoynish Water Magic is a highly unique skill like the Fire Magic of R'hllorism, and it's very unlikely for someone outside of the Rhoynish faith to even comprehend to any meaningful level. Also that it would be more likely for the Boltons and Freys to be allies considering the similar pariah status and alliance in the old war. [@Asura] You can go ahead and still have that plot point, the Brackens are a big family and it wouldn't cause much of a disruption to a future potential Bracken player; especially since a lot of PCs have spouses from houses that have no player.
