☾ Tsukihana
The mood is... tense, to say the least. From the look on Lily's face, it seems Tsuki's explanation didn't go over too well. If only he hadn't appeared when he did with his hands in such a precarious position, he might have salvage some trust from Lily with his explanation, and his dignity. She radiated anger; not the explosive kind but the churning, boiling kind—the calm before the storm. Somewhat fortunate, the storm never came to pass as she quickly devoured her food and stormed off. Tsuki watches as she goes and then returns his eyes to the table; his apathetic expression unchanged. Child Tsuki is quick to bring the matter up again. "Hey, aren't you going to go after Lily?!" He practically yells at his older self. "Hmm? Why would I do that?" Oldest Tsuki responds impassively. "She's angry at you! You need to apologize!" "Tch, I already tried, didn't I? Look, she's gonna be angry for a while. At least let her calm down first." Tsuki explains. "Hopefully I won't be around by then..." He thinks to himself. Bea's voice brings him out of his inner thoughts as she begins to talk about the seafood on her plate. As she clasps her hands together, the piece of cake she was holding disappears into her jacket along with her tentacles. "That's no way to store a piece of cake for later..." Tsuki tells her with a blank expression. She certainly has an odd way of doing things, not that it hasn't been a blindingly obvious part of her character. In some ways, she is more of a child than Tsuki's youngest self simply from the way she carries herself. Totally, normal human. Yeah, sure... Bea tells Tsuki that she hasn't had such food in some time and that its taste will be a pleasant reminder of home. "You came from the ocean then?" He asks her half-jokingly, not knowing just how right and how wrong he is. Starring at her now... She looks happy. Not her typical brand of odd happiness but... a more genuine one? Tsuki wonders just what it was about her right now. But thinking about it too much brings back the light blush to Tsuki's face who then quickly looks away. "I've wasted enough time here." He thinks to himself about leaving. Suddenly, he feels a tiny bit of pressure around his waist, like something is wrapping itself around him. "Huh?" The the same feeling creeps up his shoulders and, finally, his face where a familiar tentacle gives him a light tap on the cheek. Tsuki's entire face immediately turns red. There she goes with the touching again. His child self wouldn't mind but he certainly does. Have a little more restraint with your appendages, won't you?! "H-Hey! W-W-What do you think you're doing?! P-P-Personal space!" He stutters through his words. "Hahaha! That tickles, Big Sis!" Child Tsuki thinks it's all a fun game. "I'm fine with this." The second oldest Tsuki says blankly. Tsuki takes a moment to awkwardly untangle himself from Bea's tentacles. "Look, you can't go wrapping your tentacles around people all you want. It's an invasion of personal space and it clearly makes people uncomfortable. Why do you think Lily is always mad at you? You have to be sure that someone is comfortable with your touching before you just go for it." Tsuki lightly scolds her while his hands are still holding onto her tentacles. He lets go of them and sits back down. He sighs, "I know it's not a big deal for you but if you want people to be comfortable around you, you need to restrain yourself. Got it, got it?" He lightly pokes her several times in the forehand. Outside, the school bell rings, indicating the hour is getting late. "Hmm, already huh?" He says as he stares out the window from afar. He looks back to Bea before standing up. "Well, I'm heading to the dorms. Thanks for taking care of the kid." Tsuki tells her as he is about to leave. He's been sidetracked the entire day. Well, his child self has anyways. Still... It was an interesting day.
