Ah, I only noticed this character now. Perhaps then an unaligned villainous character.

My concept in more detail would be the surviving AI of one of the Omniums responsible for the Omnic Crisis. Or rather, a fragment of one, seeking to reunite with the other splinters of its neural web shot off in desperation into the net before its physical mainframe was destroyed. Maintains several identical physical avatars (think Doombots), which will probably have radiation-themed abilities. Some kind of theological theme for sure, as the Omnium most certainly has a god complex.
