Holding one finger over it she flushed the wound with water cleaning it out for him. Reaching down she pulled a clean strip of cloth off of her t-shirt and wrapped it tightly over the wound covering it completely. "That'll have to do for now." Harley looked at the bunker and the smoke. "There could be fire deeper inside. I have to go in. We need this bunker."She looked at him and so many of the others injured and coughing. "You should probably stay here and help the others." Grayson nodded, failing to hide the grimace from the pain of his recently washed wound. "Stay safe, Harley. Give me a holler if you get into trouble." Grayson turned away from Harley and began limping towards the other disabled, checking on the silent ones first. He knew from before the asteroid that in a situation like this, you check on the quiet ones before the screaming ones. The loud ones were obviously alive, however the quiet ones needed help first. Most of the bodies on the field were silent, motionless lumps in the night. Grayson started checking each body one by one, however each time he placed his head to their chest, he was greeted with stillness. After the first six bodies were dead, Grayson stood up, forcing himself to think of a different solution. Following a hunch, the man raised his hand and emitted a soft, purple glow that pulsated, flowing through the field. At each dead body, the light phased through them without any kind of barrier. However, every once and a while, the light would pause and congregate around a human, signifying that they still lived. Grayson rushed to the nearest body and gently lifted them in his arms, carrying them to the top of the hill one by one. Harley rushed in and ran past a few people, some she knew and some she didn't. She was focused on finding the areas still burning and putting them out. It appeared that the fire had been devastating to some of the upper areas. She noticed that there were areas that were more likely to be condemned than be usable. Structurally the bunker was sound. It was basically a large concrete bunker the walls were made with standard construction materials. The inside of the bunker had been set on fire by the people that were attacking them. She found a section of the rooms that were still blazing and the smoke was nearly unbearable. She grabbed a piece of cloth nearby and tied it over her nose and mouth to filter as much as she could. Coughing and choking she aimed her hands at the fire dousing the flames. After that room she stumbled through the rooms looking for embers or flames that might reignite. When she was finished with that she closed her eyes and drew the water back into herself so that the water damage would be minimal. No flood, no foul. Harley stumbled out of the bunker and ripped the cloth off of her face and took an enormously deep breath of air. She dropped to her knees as her lungs spasmed convulsively trying to get the smoke out of them. She leaned up against the concrete and felt the coolness of it and rested her eyes. She opened them to see Grayson helping the others and she smiled. There was still fighting going on but it sounded further away from the bunker.
