Edward Carter

Edward yawned, and for a few seconds did nothing. Doubtless, Lily would have been further annoyed by this course of action but Edward could care less. Really, this girl ought to learn how to relax. Still, he did owe her an explanation; although that was true the other way around. Lily mentioned that this was her room. Edward, being Edward, pretty much put two and two together after that; either there was some logistical screw up or it was intentional, they were, for the moment, roommates. Yawning, Edward stretched his arms before sitting upright. Scratching his head lazily, he didn't immediately answer Lily's question, instead reaching around for his trench-coat which Lily had discarded, and rummaged through the pockets before procuring a folded paper. Said paper contained several, irrelevant details, but Lily doubtless possessed a very similar one herself. It was the paper given to them, the one that informed them of their assigned room. Instead of it being in Lily's name, however, it was in Edwards. He put the paper in Lily's hand wordlessly, before burrowing his head under a pillow in a (no doubt in vain) attempt to resume sleeping.
[@Hammerman]
