No, that means that if you choose to be a weapon, you can't turn into a pair of guns or three swords. One person is one weapon, even if that weapon can change shape, it can't be multiple.

But if you wanted two weapons and two other players wanted to team up with you/ you made two weapon characters to go with your meister. That would be fine.

So, anyone who wants to be in, go ahead and start on a CS, use mine as a template. Remember to have fun with it, this is Soul Eater after all, death and jokes are kind of their thing so go a little crazy...just not too crazy.
