Here's my character ^_^
Write your name legibly: Lian Mei Age: 25 Home Address (or where you might often be found): There is no specific address, but I am usually at a small lone camp at the edge of the forest near Four Stones. If not there, you may find me at the Four Stones docks. I help out as a carpenter for hire for docked ships. Why are you filling out this application? I do believe I have enough experience to pursue a job at the Tin Dragon Detective Agency. More than that, however, I am tired of a mundane life fixing ships. I wish for a change. What do you know about the Tin Dragon Detective Agency? I know that they solve mysteries there, research many different plants and creatures, and once was a well-known alchemist guild. One that my little friend Senlin will feel comfortable in. You're investigating the death of a young nobleman at his mansion. His wife tells you he had fallen down drunk after coming home from the pub. The butler tells you he'd never gone out, and simply dropped dead after his tea. The postman tells you he'd seen the young nobleman in an argument with a fairy earlier that day. What do you do next? Why? There is no wrong answer. Further investigate the wife and the fairy. The butler has no need to lie, as mentioning the nobleman died at home puts the butler under suspicion. The postman has no need to lie either... unless he is in cahoots with the wife. People cheat quite often. Perhaps the fairy was the nobleman's hidden love, and his wife found out. The officer's son you're sworn to protect and your mother are both hanging from a cliff. You have time to save one before they fall. Which do you save? Well, this would be difficult if I actually had a mother. As I don't, I would be saving the child. I suppose this was meant as a hypothetical situation. In that case, I would probably still choose the child. From what I've been told, mothers are often self-sacrificing, and she would most probably wish for me to save the child. What is your favorite tea? Jasmine tea. It simply has a lovely aroma, a mild taste, and doesn't even need sweetening. Please fold this application into an envelope and drop into your city's Tin Dragon tip box before midnight. You will receive our response within the week.
