[i]The Rainbow Gang[/i]

Description: The Rainbow Gang is an intricate underground organization in City X. The Rainbow Gang is successful for two reasons. First of all, it is extremely well organized and hard to break apart. Secondly, it is an awkward enemy. Most heroes that could defeat them are preoccupied with large monsters attacking cities. Most other heroes are not skilled enough to take down this organization without help, and focus more on robberies that leave a big footprint. Although a handful of crimes can be traced back to this organization, its leaders usually remain untouched.

They have essentially monopolized criminal activity in City X. Almost every criminal in that city either works for them or is unemployed.

Key Players: The Rainbow Gang divides all of the labor amongst the leaders, and each leader’s code name is a different color. 

[color=ed1c24]Red:[/color] Red handles gang initiation and recruitment, and oversees the members of the organization. He makes them undergo a rigorous training process, but he also manages the gangs human resources, mostly the muscle. 

He has a messy brown beard and long hair that he tends to keep under a red baseball cap. He is also about three inches taller than Clarence and pure muscle. He doesn’t have superpowers, but a fight with him certainly wouldn’t be a cakewalk. His body is also covered in tattoos. 

[color=f7941d]Orange:[/color] Orange is the leader of the gang. He makes sure all of the parts are functioning properly. Very little is known about him other than this, though. It is rumored that he is working on a project simply titled “W.A.T.E.R. D.R.O.P.L.E.T.” but the details are unknown. Orange gets his name for running the Gang through a company that distributes oranges. Orange is very intelligent and careful. He also lost both of his legs in an accident a long time ago, and can only maneuver with his trusty wheelchair.

[color=fff200]Yellow:[/color] Yellow is the oldest member of the gang, a veteran criminal. He is in charge of manufacturing and distributing illegal drugs. He has a relatively sickly appearance, and is quite thin.

[color=1a7b30]Green:[/color] By day, Green is a regular, run of the mill woman. However, she secretly manages the gang’s finances and makes sure not a dollar goes missing. Has three kids and a loving husband. 

[color=fff79a]Gold:[/color] Gold is in charge of the gang’s most important source of revenue; the counterfeiting. He is a genius, and has perfected the art of making fake money. This is gradually harming City X’s economy. 

He is a Japanese man who, like most of the other members of the gang, favors a suit. However, he does have one strange trait; he can’t speak.

[color=000000]Black:[/color] Black is perhaps the most ruthless member of the gang. He is the arms dealer and he also makes sure that every member of the gang has a weapon. Black is a complete lunatic. Anytime someone working for him steps out of line, they are asking to be killed. He tends to kill them by bludgeoning them to death, and apparently keeps a collection of each victim's organs in a freezer. Ew. 

He is deceptively strong and uses that to his advantage to surprisingly overpower people in one on one combat. He rarely showers or brushes his teeth, so he smells like death. 

[color=92278f]Purple:[/color] Purple is Orange’s right hand man. He moves the man from place to place and is typically accompanied by three others that serve as bodyguards- Indigo, Violet, Pink and Heliotrope.

He is also incredibly strong. He’s seven feet tall and over five hundred pounds of muscle, plus he has a chemical cocktail that gives him superhuman strength. If this guy hit the Guardian with a sucker punch, it may even make the hero stagger. He is also very loyal to Orange.

[color=00aeef]Blue:[/color] Blue is a [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngk3Urrpa8k]master of disguise[/url]. He’s within the police force and even has a connection or two within the Hero’s Association. He’s crafty, and clever. Also, allergic to cats.

White: White coordinates the acquisition of parts of R.A.I.N. D.R.O.P.L.E.T. He is a complete mystery, and nothing else is known about him.
