[b]Personality:[/b] Lucas is a loud and boisterous sort of person, often saying whatever he pleases, whenever and wherever he pleases, and with little regard for what others around him might think. He can be a bit obnoxious at times, but his brutal honesty and independent, driven nature make him a bit of an open book, and not very difficult to understand or get along with at all. If you spend enough time with him, he might even grow fond of your company and actually seek you out as a source of company, as he can be quie chatty and doesn't often like keeping his thoughts inside his own head. If he isn't talking someone's ear off, then he can likely be found somewhere near water, meditating. Although he won't go too indepth about his own thoughts of the world, he will admit that he believes it is a good place, and that despite their tragic pasts at the hands of science, they still deserve to live peacefully within it.
 
[b]Specialization/Skills:[/b] Lu is a smart cookie, good at multitasking at extreme levels, and planning far ahead in situations of intense pressure. He can be very inventive with his abilities, thinking of new uses all the time, such as freezing locks to break them, or boiling water without fires. He is also very good at cooperating with others, and a strong defensive player.  

[b]Abilities:[/b] He is able to locate and manipulation of water in all physical forms (i.e. solid, liquid, gas, plasma, ect.), and is only limited by his own mental capabilities and the amount of water present. 

[b]Strengths:[/b] Very agile and flexible; is a very good swimmer and is at a huge advantage when near large amounts of water/moisture. His strong point is tactic, so he will often try to draw out fights so he's able to pace himself. 

[b]Weaknesses:[/b] He is not the strongest fighter physically, and is quite poor with just basic hand to hand combat. He is much better with handling defensive situations than offensive.  

[b]Relationships/Family:[/b] He doesn't remember if he ever had siblings, but he likes to consider all of the other kids he grew up with in those labs as a sort of family of circumstance, and is actually pretty fond of them all. When it comes to cooperating with others, Lu likes to try and be as inclusive as possible, and will often go out of his way to include others when he has the chance. 
 
[b]Other:[/b] Lu absolutely adores the sea, and wants to see it in person one day. It could honestly be considered one of his only dreams at this point, alongside simply living peacefully with his family.
