A profiler/hacker can be obtainable as an Operator, yes! I've seen people in  past make their own operator who could hack cameras and what not, but seeing as this Roleplay doesn't focus around Operators fighting Operators (At least not yet ; D) I don't see much of a problem with it. Just as long as it has a few boundaries of not being able to hack literally everything.
