"Trust me, dude," Sparrow started, faking a yawn, "what I lack in height, I make up in the ability to hold people down." She looked at Ace to give him the signal to start asking questions.

Dick moved through the water as graceful as a dolphin would. The fish that Lacy didn't disturb, he certainly did. He chased after Lacy, getting close enough to tickle her toes. The sand swirled underneath them as they moved.

Ace crossed his arms, looking around. "Alrighty, we'll start off easy," he stated, turning his eyes back down towards the man. "Why are you here?" The man angrily grunted, trying to jerk his arm out of Sparrow's grasp once more. No response.
Ace sighed. "Well, I'm too impatient to physically get an answer out of you, so," he started, pulling a little spray bottle out of his pocket. He bent down and sprayed whatever was inside over the man's face. "That should do it," Ace chirped, putting the bottle away. "Now, I'll ask again, Mr.Stubborn, why are you here?"
The man gritted his teeth before grumbling out, "To finish your poor attempt at killing Lacy Ribeiro."

Lacy pulled her foot away as Dick tickled her toes. She spun around in the water to face her husband, grinning at him. She blew him kiss before swimming backwards at a quicker pace. The little and not so little fish calmly swam around her, only darting away when Dick got closer.

"Uh-huuuuh...." Sparrow muttered in a taunting voice. "And why are you saying it was our attempt to kill her? 'Cause if I wanted to kill her, there'd be no 'attempt'." She replied cooly. "So, bub, who sent you?"

Dick was married to a literal mermaid, or in this case, a siren. He smirked back at Lacy, floating in the water. She was totally teasing him. And when she teased him, he teased her back. That was how the game was played. Dick stayed where he was and moved his body to a criss-cross-applesauce position in the water. He held up a finger and gestured a "come here", before tapping his cheek. His dark hair rippled in the cool liquid.

The man rolled his eyes. Ace chuckled, shifting his weight to lean against one leg. "Semyon Mogilevich," he answered under his breath. Ace's smile dropped. "What the h*ll! Lacy doesn't owe him anything!" He exclaimed, frowning. "And last time I checked, you don't work for him."

Lacy stopped swimming backwards when beckoned her towards him. She chuckled to herself, keeping her lips sealed so she didn't suck in any water. When she slowed down, her long curls surrounded her head like mousy gold rays of sunlight. She decided that she would play along with his little antic, so she began towards him.

Sparrow shifted her cold, threatening gaze towards Ace. "Mind telling me what the h*ll is going on here, partner?" She hissed, clearly out of the loop. She was no longer feeling playful.

Dick winked at her, stretching his legs out towards the sand and kicked off the seafloor and back up towards the surface. He was running out of air to hold onto, so he was trying to lead Lacy back up to the surface in a rather playful tone. He broke the surface and took a deep breath. He looked down, waiting to see if Lacy was following.

Ace looked up at Sparrow with an annoyed look. "Don't get hostile with me," he snapped back. "Semyon Mogilevich is the head of the Russian mafia. He's a complete a*shole and a sore loser, sent someone to kill me after I won a game of blackjack." He jabbed a finger towards the man while snapping his eyes back down to him, saying, "What's the b*stard want this time?" The man didn't answer this time which prompted another annoyed look.

Lacy watched him shot back up towards the surface, making her frown. Rolling her eyes, she pushed her feet against the ground to follow him back up. Instead of following right underneath him, she swam up just a little behind him. When she broke the surface she quickly wrapped her arms around his waist and pulled him closer. "Thought you could escape, hm?" She joked, kissing the crook of his neck with a grin.

Sparrow's masked eyebrows narrowed at Ace. She didn't know if she liked the way he was acting. "I sense someone is too close to this case..." She hissed, sliding off of the rather large man. She look down at him. "If you try getting up, I'll paralyze you." She growled, sliding the baton back into its holster and pulling her two Talons.

Dick smirked, using his arms to keep him treading water, as he felt Lacy's arms wrap around him from behind. "Naw, I was just making sure you could keep up." He replied smoothly, feeling her soft lips on his skin.

Ace looked back up at Sparrow, narrowing his eyes at her. "If you think so, then just tell me to leave," he grumbled, crossing his arms again.

Lacy let her chin rest on his shoulder lightly. "Sort of pointless, seeing as I'm faster than you," she stated matter-of-fact. "Well, you're faster than I in one aspect." She said the last part in a low voice, making a dirty joke. She chuckled, releasing him to swim around so that he was facing her.

"Fine," Sparrow started, flipping her Talons around, "then this is me telling you to leave." She finished, turning back to the man in black.

"Yeah, good thing I am," Dick replied with a smirk. "'cause it gives me some leverage, you know." He said, looking at Lacy and he wiggled his eyebrows in a playful way. He laughed and splashed her, turning around and swimming back towards the beach. "If you wanna figure out how that gives me some leverage, you better follow me back to the cottage!" He called in a taunting tone.

Ace huffed, dropping his hands to his side once again. "Alright then," he stated roughly. "Have fun. Not so nice knowing you, Sterling." The last part was addressed towards the man who still laid on the ground. With that, he turned on his little metal foot and walked away.

Lacy giggled, shying away from the splash of water. A large grin spread on her full lips at his tease. She eagerly followed him back to shore.

Sparrow scoffed at Ace's childish exit. "What. A. Dweeb." She grouched, turning back to the man in the suit. She had a talon point to his neck. "So, buddy, you wanna tell me anything else, or am I gonna have to cut it out of you?" Sparrow asked in a sing-songy, a sweet smile on her dark, crimson lips.

Dick stood up in the water, turning and waiting for Lacy. He smirked, holding his hand up to shield his eyes from the sun. "So, what happened to being faster than me," Dick joked, chuckling, "is your glorious body suddenly getting in your way?" He flirted.

Ace traveled back to place with the beach view homes and tourists. He realized how ridiculous he can act but he was too stubborn to ever admit it. Where's the fun in letting people win?
The man's eyes widened slightly at the sight of the sharp talons. He gulped then thought 'f*ck it', if he didn't die at the short girl's hand then it would surely be by his boss's. "I told you all I know. Honest," he said quickly. "But I do have a question...Is your 'partner' a girl or a boy?"

Lacy rose out of the water, ringing out her long hair. "I let you win, you cheeky b*stard," she laughed, walking over to him with her hands on her hips. "And I want to see you try swimming as fast as I can with the extravagant chest that I posses." She grinned, crossing her arms.

Sparrow stood up, smiling sweetly. "Well, Trick is a-" And she gave him a quick, sharp kick to the face, easily knocking him out. "Who cares." She finished, sheathing her talons. She quickly tied the man up and called the authorities, telling them to come quickly and quietly. Sparrow disappeared and Senna came running out of a patch of bushes.

Dick laughed aloud at her comment. "You, ma'am, are so beautifully blunt," Dick retorted in a very playful way, booping her nose, "I love it." He finished with, taking a step closer and kissing her forehead. "Now, let's get back to the cottage before we go any further with this...game." The blue-eyed man joked, taking her hand.

Ace has settled himself at the closest snack bar, sitting underneath the complete shade of an umbrella while sipping on a green slushie. He had exchanged his goggles for the dark, thick lensed sunglasses at some point. He looked up to see Senna dashing out of the bushes. He didn't raised his hand to wave towards because he thought that it would be pointless; Senna would just find him either way. So, he sat with his slushie and scrolled through whatever he was doing on his phone.

Lacy's grin turned to a simple, happy and content smile. Her eyes closed for one moment as Dick kissed her forehead. She looked back up at him and her grin returned. "Lead the way, my handsome tempter," the snake woman cooed, winking at him as she spoke.

Senna saw Ace sitting at the bar right away. She sharply blew a brown wisp of hair away from her face, stomping over towards where Ace was. She sat on the stool next to him. "Give me the drink that's most likely going to give people diabetes." She said to the worker, shoving a wad of cash onto the counter. "And then give me the snack that'll do that, too." She wasn't disappointed by her frozen mocha frap and a hot-fudge sundae. "So, have you calmed down a bit?" Senna asked Ace, shoving some ice cream into her mouth.

Ace glanced up at her, eyebrows raising, before he looked back down at his phone. "I have no idea what your talking about," he grumbled stubbornly. He slurped up the last of his green slushie then tossed the cup into the nearest trash can without looking, and making the shot.

"You sorta lost it back there, Stub-bernie." Senna cooly said, noisily and rudely drinking her sugary drink. "And then I sent you off to timeout. So, have you chilled or do you need more time?" She asked. If he still wanted space, then Senna would get her ice cream to go. She was wondering what Dick and Lacy were doing...and then she suddenly wasn't.

Ace frowned. He put his phone away then looked at her with his arms crossed on the table. "I will continue to refuse to acknowledge what you are talking about, but if it makes you feel better: yes, I've cooled down," he spoke quickly, giving a sarcastic smile that quickly dropped. Ace huffed out a breathe, blowing his bangs away from his sunglasses. "I'd appreciate if you didn't treat me like a child," he stated more calmly.

"Not a child," Senna replied simply, slurping her drink rudely, "a friend." She basically inhaled the rest of her drink, not in the mood for tasting it's sugary goodness. "You woulda done the same if it was me who was freaking out." She muttered, her arms resting on the table. She tapped her fingers against the smooth, stone surface. Hawaii...how cheesy were Dick and Lacy? If she ever got married and honeymooned, She's be going to Austria and climb some alpines!

Ace laid his head on his crossed arms. "I wasn't freaking out, per say," he mumbled. "I was just...surprised to see the jacka*s." That was a lie, he had been freaking out but only a little. Somewhat of a little. The ginger lifted his head to adjust his askewed sunglasses. He hated hot weather and being in the sun, which was practically to opposite of Lacy. He preferred to be in cold weather, surrounded by snow at night. Like in Moscow or somewhere like it.
