Well just a heads up for the way it will start off;

It's going to be late at night, around midnight I'd say, when the outbreak begins.

The police and SWATs will be the only force of defense until the 
National Guard and the regular army arrive, which will be around 3 or 4 A.M.

While my own personalized character won't be on scene until then, I will probably focus my primary control on a police officer and a regular civilian.

As for your character and his setting and whatnot, that's up to you.
