Rand and Markus [@SouffleGirl123][@13org] Markus landed near Jennifer, landing mostly on his feet. "Didn't see that coming," He muttered, looking up at the cages hanging above them. He turned to look over at Jennifer, giving a nod. "I'm fine, you good yourself?" He asked. The light emitting from the revealed hallway made him look over, seeing the unnamed girl opening it. "Come on, we should get going," he said to Jennifer, then called out, "Rand you still alive?" "I'm good, I'm good," Rand replied, standing up and dusting himself off. "Not very nice of them to do that." He saw a door open with the new girl standing in front of it. She had the same thoughts he was having. Whatever released them was on purpose, and it probably wasn't a friend. "Ah hell, so sweet of whoever this is to have us walk ourselves out. Too bad for the others," he looked over the girl in front of the door, making a nod. "Good to meet you as well, what was your name?" He asked her. They needed to start moving, and fast. Rand wanted to take advantage of no presence of an enemy as long as he could. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Nixon [@13org] Nixon listened to Kamilah for a while, pausing at her saying she would kill for food. He didn't doubt that very much, probably would even attack him were she desperate. She probably wouldn't be able to kill him though, unless she surprised him. Then I could blink away, probably get her on her tail. Maybe just blink to the end of the hallway, he became encompassed in his thoughts but finally was pulled out when he heard Kamilah whispering in his ear. He made a small grin at her as he began to explain. "The humans escaping is a game by Boss. Pretty fun game, the cat mouse chase, though sometimes it doesn't end well for the humans. Or maybe a faster death for them is a good thing on their side, though not on mine," he said, trailing off as he began to mostly talk to himself as they moved down a hall. "But, what's new? I dunno, other than new people to the Hotel and the shipment, mostly the same. Same management as always." He showed her down a hallway that inclined upwards slightly. It wasn't a place where many went, no rooms were designated there. "Anyway, so Boss said you wanted meat, then a...wounded human? I mean, I could do two birds with one stone I guess. Not too hard to slice off an arm," he mused, the thought making him chuckle. "No...I don't think that's what you'd like," he said, moving to one of the doors. He blinked and was gone for a moment, then opened the door on the other side, giving a wave to Kamilah as he kept it open it for her. "Alright, here's access to the meats, from full to chopped, and I think some might still be living," he said, showing her the place. "Then we can get you the wounded human." He gave a grin for that, at least that part would be fun for him.
