[@PaulHaynek]: I'd say that if a character is purely comedic to the point of being considered a "gag" they're not viable for a crossover RP.

As for the players, I'd say they should be from any franchise provided it's not going to be just... like, a pure gag thing I guess? ... I suppose I'd also recommend not like signing up, say, Lucky Star characters or something.

OCs being allowed would be nice for me at least. ^^;
