[@Landaus Five-One] It's not like I think there's anything 'wrong' with someone liking Sci-Fi or something -- it's just not my thing. The closest things I could give you (off the top of my head) to something Sci-Fi that I liked was Xenogears, Final Fantasy VIII, and Ergo Proxy. None of them apart from the last one really feels like a genuine Sci-Fi. Any other ones I could mention would include spoilers. Anyway, 'yo, nice to meet you'. [@CrazyShadowy] I understand why role-plays involving friends are more effective, honestly. There's plenty of good reasons. Anyway, with the whole technology thing requiring the setting be futuristic, I understand why you'd need to do that. It's not like this is GA (my main project for people in this thread who don't know me) or something, where there's insanely powerful technology in a more or less modern setting (it's complicated). Looking into the technology's something else I'll need to read over before committing to things. Essentially, it's illegal to keep someone in jail if it's a known fact they're innocent, but that's in the real world -- could very well be different in a fictional setting.
