I don't so much lose interest in characters once I make them so much as I have a difficult time creating a character I'm interested in using in the first place, unless they're linked to my main project. There's some exceptions though, like the ones I've made on this site so far. The current role-play I'm running allows multiple characters, but it has a player character cap of twenty-one and we're getting close to reaching it (because I've started filling in the missing slots with additional characters of my own). [@Landaus Five-One] I'll be playing dozens of characters at once in GRG, given how many NPCs I expect there to be and how I've got multiple player characters.
