Using the inhuman strength/speed of Star Platinum, Jotaro can deliver extremely strong blows in short time. He mostly controls the blow enough for the victim to survive.

History: Jotaro helped his grandfather Joseph Joestar and his allies defeat DIO and save Jotaro's mother as the family suddenly acquired stand, effected by DIO himself acquiring one. After defeating DIO, Jotaro went off to track the arrow DIO used, and reaches Moriocho in Japan. He retrieves two arrows from there, and also helps solve a mystery of disappearing people, which turned out as an action of a stand user.
(Tried to minimize spoilers,but meh. This Jotaro is from right after part 4 ended, so no other stories included.)

Personality: Jotaro may seem rough, but is gentle and is loyal to his allies. He tends to express himself in short phrases.
 Jotaro is able to keep calm even in bad situations, which helped him out in his adventures.
Jotaro disapproves of harming children and women, and will be more violent if his opposition does it. However, he will still fight if his enemy is a woman.
 Also can be annoyed by girls making a fuss.
