Things that could be pieced together immediately based on context clues was that this Valentine character was bonkers and worked for the big-ol conspiracy as some sort of hitman. There was a very small window that either of these facts were false, but the chance of that applying to either of them was so small that she didn't even take it into account. There was a reasonable chance that this chick was the one who killed Danica, and any further investigation into this particular topic would probably involve getting closer to her than either of them would be comfortable with. All that was deciphered in about an instant. The bigger issue is what to do about the two women in front of her. Clearly they had to get the hell out of here ASAP so as to minimize chances of imminent death, but just leaving them to die didn't sit right with her conscience. Fuck. Mali's mouth twisted before she stepped over to the table and grabbed a pen and a nearby piece of paper that didn't look too important. Quickly she scrawled a bit of info onto a blank corner, ripped it off and folded it in half. "Look," Mali began to speak, in hushed tones that came out as fast as her mouth could make them while still being understandable. "I know what I'm about to say probably sounds crazy-talk, it certainly did to me. But you're in grave danger just by being here right now. If you're lucky, you're going to start running into a lot of coincidences even if you try to keep your head down. Personally, I'd try to distance myself from that one. Neither of us have the time to explain this in depth, but if you manage to survive and want to take a trip down the rabbit hole give me a call and I'll try setting up something more secure." Mali offered the slip of paper to Dr. Kingston, and whether she took it or not, Mali would close Relic's laptop and hand it back to him. "C'mon Relic, let's get out of here." Time spent standing around scared was time better spent not being in the danger zone. She didn't expect the doctor would take the paper or listen to a word of what she just said, but any attempt at gathering more allies/keeping people from dying was better than none. If they didn't want to take advice given to them, well that couldn't be helped. If Iris took the slip of paper, on it she would find the following information written inside:
