It would still happen, regardless of whether you’re inside or out. However, you might want to refrain from causing rainstorms inside class rooms, as that will probably get you detention.

[@General Scales] Of course! We’re players too, albeit ones with more power and responsibility within this RP. I am of the firm belief that it’s a GM’s duty to answer all their player’s questions and concerns, to take feedback, reward helpfulness, and encourage friendliness between the players and GM. Happy RP’s are successful RP’s, and I want things to be enjoyable for everyone involved. :D
