Sorry about the grammar mistakes, I was in a bit of a rush as my phone was about to die and I didn't want to lose everything.

Honestly I could definitely change the Stranger Classification to Breaker, justifying the hallucinations aspect by saying he was hallucinating from lack of food, water, and a crippling loneliness. 

And yeah I can change up his Trigger Event a little to match the powers. 

I will remove the Blaster Powers, I thought I might very been reaching a little on that one.
