[/quote] I completely forgot that ginger ale is like.. one of the easiest liquids to make. I think I'll try the tea first just because I'm UK, and tea sounds better. As for quitting smoking - that helped a lot also. I've not tried meat, but it would make sense, because my mum also did that. I'm to carnivore.
