(Rolls use 28 bonus) It was all Xavier could do to hold back his shit eating grin as he watched the woman's armor be thrown aside. What did push through his efforts was a small arrogant smirk; though it's intensity faltered as he continued to watch the woman, his arms at his side. Seeing her in pain brought him great joy, until he saw that she needed barely any time at all to regain her composure. They were nonfatal hits but their power should have been sufficient in putting her down longer than that . It would seem that he would also have to step up his game and gain some more power, though it would be easier said than done at this point. The woman was ready for more. Something that would tingle the skin of most normal persons. (Energy Release Roll - +15 for high gather roll. [B]Roll is... Both hands lit up with a dark red energy for only a moment, before a massive bolt of Dreadful Lightning tore from the skin on his left hand. A simple ruse to make it harder to predict which angle the attack would come from. This bolt would carry half the electrical charge of an average lightning bolt; more than enough to cause possibly fatal damage in normal humans. It also carried an added effect for those that would not be killed by its charge. The Dread Energy has a more direct access to the brain when contact is made from the lightning. It does not necessarily ensure a mental issue with the target, but can make it easier to achieve. (Yet another quick exchange, so the Hounds will join us again next time!
