The end of full security

Collaboration with [@Kyrisse]
Cody was exhausted as he did another check on the bunker. He hadn't gotten to see Audrey in hours. Looking at his watch he realized it was two in the morning. People were slumped against each other outside while the guards continued fighting those that came near enough to cause trouble. Cody went outside and declared the bunker habitable again. "Okay guys, Go to bed. It's safe again. HOWEVER, the outter doors aren't locking down properly. We can close them but ...if someone is determined enough they can get in so keep your doors locked and stay alert." He turned and looked for Audrianna. Tired from trying to help out in whatever way she can and checking if the kitchen was damaged (it was one of the most important area in the bunker after all), Audrianna sighed and sat down on one of the benches in the cafeteria. She crossed her arms on the table in front of her and laid her forehead on it, planning on just taking a short breather but ending up falling asleep. Cody saw her asleep at the cafeteria table and he walked over to her smiling. "Come on babe it's time for bed. You can't sleep here. It's not safe." Realizing that she was out cold he lifted her into his arms and carried her gently to his room and laid her on the bed, removed her shoes and covered her up and locked the door. Not wanting to be a presumptive ass he took his shoes off and lay on the bed next to her but he stayed on top of the covers. He wanted to keep her protected at all costs but he didn't want to scare her to death either. Cody closed his eyes and he was out cold.
