He is also fascinated by food and tea going on about the history and other meaninglessness facts. He is also quite eccentric wearing bright colored suits or casual clothing when he is not at work. 

He is very approachable otherwise very emphatic towards others and is always looking out for the younger employees. 

Bio: Richard was born in Maine in a small town called New Jerusalem living with his teacher mother and librarian father, At a young age young Richard was obsessed wanting to be a veterinarian because of his love of animals. But as he got older his dreams were not realized and he was stuck to being a sales rep.
