Name: Lucida Amaquelin Storm Alias: Subject-27, Lucy, Human Torch, Frost, etc. Age: 19 Powers: Lucida is an Inhuman. Because of this she is physically superior to normal human in a number of ways, reaching feats greater than those of the best human athletes. However, the following are powers that go beyond these typical Inhuman abilities.

Thermal Manipulation – Lucida is able to create, generate, shape, and manipulate extreme levels of heat and cold. Due to this ability she is able to access a number of abilities, such as Cryo or Pyrokinesis, among other sub-powers, potentially simultaneously given the right amount of training and control. Essentially, all the powers of the Human Torch and Iceman (two heroes she greatly admires) rolled into one. Currently, however, Lucida typically sticks to using the pyrokinetic portions of her abilities due to various reasons, some personal. If she uses cold, its typically for the simplest of tasks and she rarely utilizes it effectively in hero work.
Superhuman Durability – One of the few physical assets enhanced further than typical Inhuman levels, Lucida is potentially capable of taking hits from the most powerful of beings and getting back up. Of course, there is still a limit and she is still susceptible to harm.
Superhuman Strength – Although a small feat in comparison to many, Lucida’s strength has can reach up to about 4 tons on average.
Superhuman Stamina – Lucida’s body produces less fatigue toxins and because eof this she is able to exercise the use of her abilities for long periods of time. At her best it is possible for her to last a number of hours before the fatigue begins to affect her. It is estimated though that she could potentially keep on the move and consistently using her abilities for about 20 hours or so before the fatigue really sets in.
Weaknesses: Apart from the fact that Lucida is susceptible to many of the thinks that could kill just about any living being without a Healing factor, here are some of the more hindering and notable weaknesses of her’s.

Mental Limiters – Due to a number of reasons, the most prominent being fear, Lucida has subconsciously placed mental limiters on herself that, as one would expect, dampen her powers greatly.
Inexperience – Though she has received training in order to control her abilities to an extent, Lucida’s combat and field experience ranges from little to none.
Low Immune – Although she does not get sick often, because of her sheltered life, and the fairly isolated lives of all inhumans (despite slightly higher attempts at joining with the public world) Lucida does not have a good defense against typical human diseases. So when they do hit her, they hit her hard.
Personality: Compassionate, Intelligent, Impulsive Experience: 2 Months! Appearance: BRIEF Bio: Although, she is technically the biological daughter of Jonathan Storm and Crystalia Amaquelin, Lucida’s existence was everything but planned. She was born after Maximus stole the genetic material necessary to create her from her parents. She was grown and birthed from an artificial womb, created by the man who would be considered something of an uncle to her, although not as such. He’d done this in order be able to run experiments on her. How would the mutated DNA of her father and the Inhuman DNA of her mother react to his tests and the like. As such, before she was born she had been poked, prodded, and a number of other things along with being exposed to the terrigen mist. Long story short, Maximus’s musings were discovered and quickly put an end to. Countless failed attempts and experiments were discovered. The only humane course of action was to safely and carefully dispose of those two weak to survive and the already dead. And then there was Lucida. Subject-27 was taken by the older Crystal and Johnny and raised, much to the dismay of Maximus who’d planned to use the one success to try and usurp the throne from his nephew and king, Ahura. Lucida was named and raised as any other child, though she was sheltered and her abilities needed to be controlled. Key Differences: There are any number of differences between Lucida and either Johnny or Bobby, or Crystal. From Origin, to how she sees the world, to how she sees people, to intelligence and what not. She’s all of them and yet none of them. Sample Story Arcs: No real specific order here. Just a few ideas.

Mentor – Lucida decides to embark on a small quest to find Bobby Drake, Iceman, and tries to get him to teach her how to use her ice powers, and get over her fear of them.
Coexistence – An Inhuman Supremacist group has begun acting out much to the dismay of Lucida, and the royal family. Still, as Ahura attempts to handle things in the eyes of the public she takes it upon herself to investigate and possibly stop the individuals, even if she has to do it alone.
Atillan Invasion – Unknown individuals manage to find a newly moved Atillan and free Maximus. Promptly there after begins a siege to overthrow the current ruler. War seems inevitable.
Supporting Characters:

Allies: Key allies include a few aged Inhumans counting the current king Ahura, Crystal as a member of the council among others, Johnny Storm, Robert “Bobby” Drake.
