The prison was a mess. You had a few guards posted but no one really was paying any attention to it. The town was too busy recoiling from the attack from the previous night. However, one guard on duty did mention something about seeing Elisabeth and Abigail. "They shouldn't be here now." The guard was partially distracted as he watched a the crowd of people right there arguing about seeing the governor and demanding better security. Will thanked him and moved on. No one stopped him from entering and he headed down the stairs. The door was open slightly, which seemed a bit odd. Casually with the ax ready, he entered the main prison. Stopping, he found who he was looking for. Dropping the ax he ran over to the body on the ground. "Elizabeth?" He called coming over. She wasn't moving. He checked her vitals. He winced as he saw the shrapnel wounds that killed her. She was long gone. Even if he could find a doctor it would do no good. Will wasn't the type to shout or cry or make a big fuss. Even with the death of Elizabeth and the massive blow to him he didn't shout. There was no agonizing scream like the one Abigail had made. He might have lost composure if it wasn't for the fact he heard some stirring. Picking up the ax he turned. It was female pirate. His grip tightened. Mentally he cursed the pirates. Once again they had taken someone he had loved. His hatred was evident.
