Honestly, they would have to physically restrain him and force his eyes open. Otherwise, he keep his eyes firmly shut should the bandages ever get taken off.

@FallingSkies basically they are a race of people without heads or necks, and have their eyes and mouths on their chest and stomach respectively. Apart from Xing tian who was a Chinese god of sorts they are just like a body builder level strong as the they are mostly muscle, I would not play as xing tian of course but a blemmye that really wants to be like him.

I like the way this blemmye looks, with the eyes up by the shoulders. Mythology is weird, but wonderful and interesting.

I think their last status update said that they were sick and their laptop died. So I guess we should be patient, remain enthusiastic, and wish them a speedy recovery (and a visit from the Magical Laptop Fairy).

GUYS IM SO SORRY!! I was supposed to get the post up last night, but this last week has been.... stressful. I had a mini freak out and I'm still a bit on edge, but it should be better. I'm going to get the post up tonight. No matter what. It just may not be as exciting and interesting as I was hoping.

I'm going to get the post up tonight. No matter what. It just may not be as exciting and interesting as I was hoping.


No worries; life and health and general mental well-being should always take priority. It's nice to have you back though! Is there anything we can do to help in regards to the game that'd help take some of the stress off you? There's plenty of us here, we could probably share some of the workload to help get things started.

Take your time. Your health is more important than making a post. Besides, I feel you on the stressful part. Anyway, I'm not good at first posts so mine probably won't be exciting and interesting either. First posts are the bane of my existence. That and intro/conclusions in a paper.

First posts are the bane of my existence.


First posts are really tricky; first post for a new character is hard, but the first post of a game can be pretty nerve-wracking, as it sort of sets the tone for everything else. I'd probably end up running more games myself here if it weren't for the first-post-nerves!
