Looking up from her yogurt as the sound of yet another familiar voice entered the kitchen, Angela couldn’t help but smile, her bright blues flicking over until they came to a rest upon Genji’s figure in front of her- once more he hadn’t come down to breakfast… she knew the reason behind his actions; he was a powerful man… one who had enemies, and one who needed to keep an eye out for all and any who might wish to do him harm… though that wasn’t going to stop her from doing all she could to try and break down those walls that he had built up, even if it was to just get him to share a meal.

[color=Goldenrod]“Genji..! Good morning..!”[/color] Pushing away from the bench that she had been leaning up against, her smile only seeming to grow as she slowly made her way across the kitchen, her heels making that all too familiar ‘click’ on the floor with each step she took closer to him, the spoon she had been using once more returning back to the yogurt, the handle resting up against the side of the container as she came to a stop in front of him, her (now) free arm reaching out to wrap around the back of his neck in a gentle hug before she pulled back, the smile never once leaving her soft pink lips as she took up the place beside him.

[color=97d186]“Doctor Zeigler, hello! Athena informed me that we would be receiving new assignments this morning… Although I seem to have arrived too early.”[/color]

Relaxing her body, she lifted the spoon once more, slipping it through her lips and letting the yogurt rest on her tongue a few moments before she swallowed, taking a spell longer to think over what he had- so Athena had been the one to seek him out; luring him out of his room, and into the company of others with the temptation that was going on an assignment. It took everything she could not to chuckle out loud.

[color=595959]“Ah, c’mon Genji! It’s never too early to report for duty. C’mon, eat your breakfast and let’s socialize a bit!”[/color]

Shaking her head lightly from side to side as a soft chuckle fell out through her lips, Angela took a hold of the spoon once more, mixing around the yogurt for a few moments before taking another couple of spoonfuls- ah, Winston… how she had missed him so during their forced time apart…

[color=0AB0C2]“Winston, you need to put a leash of that AI of yours. I've already told you and her I don't like to be interrupted. Especially in the shower. However, something of assignments was mentioned. Care to interrupt this episode of Happy Families to give them out, Angela?”[/color]

Doing her best to ignore her cousin’s jibes, though unable to stop herself from rolling her eyes at his words, Angela let her bright gaze flick back up to Genji for a moment before she moved once more, scooping up another spoonful of yogurt before she held it up, her body cornering him as best as she could as she leant in, her eyes narrowing ever so slightly though in a playful manner as she pressed the end of the spoon against his lips, [color=Goldenrod]“..I wish to speak with you and Lucas about a particular assignment before it is handed out; the matter at hand is rather… sensitive. However…”[/color]

Tilting her head lightly to the side, she leant just that little bit closer, her chest resting softly against his though it was clear that she was not wavering in her choice to keep the spoon held where it was, hovering against his lips, her eyes never once leaving his own as she continued to hold his gaze, [color=Goldenrod]“..I respect your choices; nevertheless, you know my stance Genji… You saw me have some with your very own eyes; with this very spoon to be precise… you know I would never allow such a fate to befall you. Now please, humor me..?”[/color]
