Okay, so how about after an extended of Ultimate eye ends,(For about half an hour straight) there is a period of magical exhaustion where she can't use spells? Like a full day or so? Would that be enough? Short burst usage say 5-10 minutes shouldn't be penalized heavily. Maybe some physical exertion, even though she has been training for years to handle this magic?

For Heaven's strike, it's meant to he fast, but I can see where it would be excessive. I can just ditch it and make that easier.
