Even when I know assuming is a bad practice, I assumed that you were going to eventually have Ivy and Lin wander into the rest of the campers.  Kyle would then be able to lay into Lin for only being able to FOLLOW Ivy, not make her do what they were supposed to be doing.  Plus, I think Lin would just acknowledge that at this point. 

I'm no psychologist and neither is Lin.  We've both run out of ideas short of physically picking her up and carrying her to the firepit (which would be too late at this point).  Additionally, you seem primed to make Ivy go flamey flamey if she's touched/grabbed for too long. Picking her up all the way seems like a forest fire threat? :/
